We are seeking a Counseling & Operations Executive who will play a key role in supporting prospective students through their admission journey while ensuring smooth operational support within the institute.This is a student-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a passion for education in the creative arts.

What you will do:
1. Engage with prospective students and their parents to provide detailed information about the institute, its programs, and our creative learning environment.
2.Guide applicants through the entire admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
3. Highlight the unique benefits of our curriculum, faculty, and campus culture.
4. Follow up with leads, maintain admission records, and support outreach efforts.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team on open houses, events, and school tours.

What you bring:
‍1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (a must!).
2. Guide applicants through the entire admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
3. Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or customer service is a plus.
4. Interest or background in creative fields like design, arts, or media is advantageous.
5. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
6. Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office.
